1. Scope

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. An automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after submitting your order, but this does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is only concluded when we confirm your order by sending a shipping confirmation via e-mail or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Germany.

The delivery time is usually 4 to 15 business days after payment has been received.

6. Payment

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at:

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
